William married in 1809 to Frances Morris, daughter of Levi Morris and Margaret Jarrett in in Kanawha Co., Virginia.[1][2] Frances was born about 1790/1800. She died on 10 Jun 1833 in , Cabell (Now Wayne) Co., West Virginia.
