Biography
John Stapleton was born in 1856 in Magpie, Victoria, Australia, son of Catherine (Murphy) Stapleton and James Stapleton.[1]
He was married to Ellen Flanagan. Their son was:
- Martin Anthony Joseph Stapleton (1890–1960)[2]
John died in 1922 in St Kilda, Victoria, aged 66 years.[3]
