Biography
Warren "Dock" was born in 1830, the son of Frederick Starns Sarah Rheams, he died in 1885.
Research Notes
The Starnes book had birth and death date and a lot of his descendants, but his brother Edward Bynum Starnes is my line. His nickname "Dock" came from his descendent, Bev Varnado.
- He is buried in the Starns Cemetery, Livingston Parish, Louisiana.
