Biography

Benjamin and his brother both re-located their families to Ritchie County, in Western Virginia shortly before the War of 1812 broke out. They re-located at the same time their friend and brother-in-law, Elijah Cunningham moved.

Benjamin married his brother's wife, Jean Harris in Harrison County in Western Virginia.

Benjamin Starr settled on the George Martin farm, now the home of Mrs. Susan Rymer in 1910.
