Biography

Michael Stenson was born in 1872 in Ireland.

Michael married Mary Lavin about 1902. They lived in St. Louis, Missouri. In 1910 they rented at 3724 Cottage Avenue in the Jeff-Vander-Lou neighborhood, and Michael was a laborer in the building industry.^[1] In 1920 they rented part of 3916 North Market Street in the Greater Ville neighborhood, and Michael was a plumber.^[2] In 1930 they rented at 2807 Sarah Avenue in The Ville neighborhood, and Michael worked in plaster in the building trades.^[3] In 1940 they rented at 4052 Maffitt Avenue in the Greater Ville neighborhood, and Michael was a church janitor.^[4]

Michael died July 9, 1957. He was buried July 12, 1957, in Section 25, Lot 700, Calvary Cemetery and Mausoleum, Saint Louis, St. Louis City, Missouri.^[5][6]
