Eric Sternbeck was born on 01 Sep 1915^[1] in St Albans, New South Wales, Australia as the third child of George Pearson Sternbeck and Nina Amelia Bailey. He had thirteen siblings, namely: Owen, Keith, Georgia, Donald David, George, Percival William, Rosalee Mary, Alice Milicent, Edna Eileen, Constance Nina, Alma, Ninian, and Jean. He died on 13 Sep 1980^[2] in Gosford, New South Wales, Australia. When he was 24, he married Una Dulcie Morris, daughter of William Lyall Morris and Margaret Violet Duffy, on 24 Aug 1940^[3] in Wyong, New South Wales, Australia.

Eric Sternbeck was buried^[4] in Jilliby, New South Wales, Australia (Jilliby General Cemetery).

Eric Sternbeck and Una Dulcie Morris had the following children:
