LAND: He owned 80 acres, about a mile south of Otsego village. Adjoining his property to the south was 248 acres that belonged to his brother Orrin. To the east, 170 acres lay between Jotham's property and a schoolhouse. To the north J. Frawley had 40 acres. Martha Stone and Alice Pease sold Jotham's 80 acres to Frawley in 1907, who then sold the same to Semen Boutwell.
