John was born in 1787.
Parents:John Peter(1760 Augusta County,1838 Pendleton County, WV [aka VA]) and Mary Smith Stone (b.?-d.after 1820)
His appeal for a divorce rejected by VA House of Delegates; Mary alleged to have married Henry John Paulsel (Polsel)by which she had 1 son.
Pendleton County was in Virginia at time of his birth. An additional child born to John and Anna was Calvin who moved to Missouri. Enumerated in Griffith Township Pope County, Arkansas in 1880)
He passed away in 1863.
