John Stone was baptized 3 Feb 1596/97 in Great Bromley, Essex, England to David Stone.^[1][2][3]

He was likely a tailor of Wrabnes, Essex and the man who's will of 3 Nov 1624 mentioned wife Margaret and a daughter of the same name. The will was proved 25 Nov 1624 making his death between those dates.^[1]

John Stone married Margaret Boswell 25 Jan 1615 at Great Oakley, Harwich, Essex near Wrabnes and Great Bromley according to findmypast.co.uk but the record transcription lists his father as Robert Stone so it was likely a different man or else John of Great Bromley was not John of Wrabnes.
