Biography
Cyrus Stone was born about 1792. He was a son of Samuel Stone, Jr. and Hannah Sweet.[1]
Cyrus Stone married Eleanor Smith.[1] Together they had at least nine children, including:
- Henry Stone (1823-1900) m. Elizabeth O Hodson
- Charles Edward Stone (1824-1880) m. Caroline Elizabeth Sweet
- Cyrus Stone (1827-1859)
- William Geer Stone (1831-1906) m. Sophia Ann Fiske
- John H Stone (1833-1851)
- Benjamin Bucklin Stone (1836-1910) m. Ann Frances Crandall
- Caroline Eleanor Stone (1838-1927) m. W Lapham, Emory P Littlefield
- Charlotte A Stone (1843-1859)
- Eugene Smith Stone (1845-1863)
He passed away in 1881.[2] He is buried in Locust Grove Cemetery in Providence, Rhode Island.[3]
