Biography

Margaret Story was the daughter of john Story (from marriage record). She was a minor at the time of her marriage so must have been born after 1781.

In 1802 Margaret Story married Thomas Wilkinson at Simonburn.^[1] Their daughter Catherine was born shortly afterwards^[2].

Ramona wrote, "There was a christening for a William Wilkinson on 13 Apr 1726, son of Matthew Wilkinson and Margery Thirlway, but there were 3 William Wilkinsons born about the same time, so I don't know if this one was ours."
