Biography
Franklin was born May 3, 1853 in New London, OH.[1]
In 1860, Franklin lived with his parents, Abraham and Mina Strauss, along with brother Hiram, sisters Julia and Hanna, and a servant.[2]
In 1880, having switched to using the name Frank, he was a lawyer but still lived with his parents, brothers Hiram, David, and Albert, and George, and sisters Hanna (spelled "Anna"), Rose (spelled "Rosa"), and Fannie (spelled "Fanny") in Cleveland, OH.[3]
In 1900, Frank was back home with his parents, brothers David and Albert, and sisters Fannie and Rose[6] while his wife and son Edward were living as boarders in Denver, CO.[7]
In 1910, Frank and Emma were together again, living in Cleveland, OH with their son Edward.[8]
In 1930, Frank and Emma still lived in Cleveland, OH.[9]
Frank died August 10, 1935 in Cleveland, OH where he was buried in the Mayfield Cemetery.[1][10]
