I am Harry Henshall Stribling's daughter-in-law. Reading the information provided, I see errors. First, Harry didn't have a brother. I would have to look at my genealogical research to determine who Emmett Bosher Stribling is, but I know that he isn't Harry's brother. I have been (married into) the family for almost 60 years. I met all of the immediate family members including Harry's mother Meta Henshall Stribling. There were four children born to Meta H. Stribling - Harry, Cecelia, Marietta, and Ginny.

Thank you for the message regarding Emmett Bosher Stribling. I exchanged information a number of years ago with a descendant of James Thomas Henshall and Georgianna C. Tompkins regarding the Bosher, Henshall and Tompkins families, but the message Rootsweb board has been discontinued and, unfortunately, I did not save all of the communications.

What I received was a combination of their family tree compiled with information from Marietta Stribling who passed in 1997.

I only had info showing Emmett Bosher Stribling was born and died in 1903, but I looked for more records and found some trees on Ancestry with the dates of b. 14 Sep 1903 and d. 15 Sep. 1903 for him. I cannot locate any records regarding his interment, but I feel fairly confident that he was a lost infant that no one spoke about. I have had that experience with finding records of lost infants in my closer family.
