Strong-3134 and Strong-2613 appear to represent the same person because: Charles Strong was my great grandfather on my mother's father's side of the family. I know his father was Philander, who was the son of Ira, son of Elisha, and Elisha who was son of Phineas, then Justice Joseph, to Thomas, all the way back to Elder John Strong II.
