Biography
Arthur was born on 23 December 1909. He was the son of Noah Strunk and Susan Elizabeth Stephens.[1]
When Arthur was 29 he married Irene Florence Ball on 2 November 1939.[1]
Arthur died at the age of 86 on 24 September 1996 in Emlyn, KY.[1]
