Henry Parkman Sturgis (1 March 1847 – 1 March 1929) was an American-born banker in England and a Liberal politician.
Sturgis was born in the United States, the son of Russell Sturgis (later of 17 Carlton House Terrace, London, and Givons Grove, Leatherhead) and his third wife, Julia Boit.
He was educated at Eton and at Christ Church, Oxford.
He was High Sheriff of the County of London in 1896.
He was a partner in Baring Bros. & Co. of Liverpool and was a director of London and Westminster Bank.
