Sarah Sweezy was born on 12 May 1829 in Rutherford County, North Carolina, United States, daughter of Elijah Sweezy (about 1789–1843) and Alpha Chitwood (about 1798–1883).
Sarah (16) married Braxton Nathaniel Rhodes Glover (21) (born on 12 Nov 1824 in Rutherford, North Carolina) on 29 Jan 1846 in Rutherford, North Carolina. Their son was John Ensila Glover (1865–1943).
Sarah died on 29 Apr 1878 in Rutherford County, aged 48. She was buried in Glover-Horton Cemetery, Rutherford County, North Carolina. [1]
