Emily was born in 1888 to Thomas Taggart and Eva Bryant in Indiana.
In 1914, Emily married William Sinclair in Indiana. They had at least three children.
In 1965, William passed away. In 1969, Emily passed away.

Mrs. Sinclair, Kingan Official's Widow, Dies
Mrs. Emily T. Sinclair, 80, widow of William Richardson Sinclair, former president and board chairman of the old Kingan & Co., meat-packing firm in Indianapolis,, died yesterday in a hospital at Hyannis, Mass.
Mrs. Sinclair, daughter of the late United States Senator Thomas Taggart, had resided at Hyannis Port since 1952. Her husband died in June, 1965.
Funeral services will be held at 4:30 p.m. today in the St. Andrew-By-The-Sea Episcopal Church at Hyannis Port. Burial will be in Beechwood Cemetery at Centerville, near Hyannis Port.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Louis F. Loutrel Jr. of Cincinnati and Mrs. Thomas Mumford of Griffin, Ind., and a son, Thomas T. Sinclair of Bloomfield Hills, Mich.
