Katherine Ogg was born 1687 and died 1761. She was the daughter of George and Elizabeth Ogg. She, too, married a William Talbott 1682-1713, and birthed a daughter Margaret 1712-1777 who married Benjamin Hammond 1706-1785.
Ogg is detailed in Baltimore County Families, 1659-1759, stating she married first William Talbot and, second, John Risteau. William Talbot named his father-in-law George Ogg in his will of 1713.

Now to the other William, Katherine, and Margaret family: This William Talbot was born about 1654 to 1660. He married a widow Katherine, who MIGHT be a Lewis, but who had married a Moss or Muse. She was born about 1663 and died 1694. She, too, birthed a daughter Margaret 1684-1747 who married John Phelps 1705-1772.
This record lists William marrying Catherine, a widow, with the last name Moss before 20 Oct 1698. It's noted Catherine's maiden name MAY have been Lewis.
