Biography
John James Tallmadge was born on 10 January 1818. He was the son of James Tallmadge and Anne West.[1][2]
In the 1850 census John (age 32), Forwarder, was in Buffalo Ward 2, Erie, New York, United States.[3] In the 1860 census John (age 42), Transportation Agent, was in Milwaukee Ward 7, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.[4] In the 1870 census John (age 52), transportation man, was in Milwaukee Ward 4, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.[5]
John died on 16 October 1873. He was buried in Mountain View Cemetery, Castleton-on-Hudson, Rensselaer County, New York, United States.[6]
