Biography

Birth

William was born about 1764. He was baptised on 11 March 1764, the son of Thomas and Sarah Tate of Swillington Moor Side. His father Thomas was a husbandman. [1]

Marriage

William Tate and Lucy Sheraton married on 22 May 1799 at Stranton, Durham.[2]
