Biography

John William Teems was born in 1896 in Bartow Co., Georgia, son of William Allen Teems and Emma T. Hall. He served in Company E of the 143rd Infantry in World War I.^[1] He married twice, firstly to Nellie Jane Crowson, and secondly to Ada Ione Atkinson.

He passed away in 1958 in Kerr Co., Texas.^[2]
