Jack married Anna Wolkosky (born on December 8, 1889 in Pittsburgh, Allegheny, Pennsylvania).
In 1940, Jack (56) was living with his wife, Anna (50); and Hubert (24), Erma (22), and Mary (29). [2]
Jack died on December 31, 1943 in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, aged 60. He was buried in West View Cemetery, Pittsburgh.[1]
