Biography
Henry was born in 1877. He is the son of Thomas Telford and Mary Jane Johnson .
Henry enlisted with the British Army and was a Private, Regimental Number 2293 with the 2nd Battalion Scots Guards, father Thomas. He served with the South Africa Field Force. [1] [2]
Awarded Queen's South Africa Medal [3]
He died of illness in 1901, aged 23, during the Second Boer War in South Africa. [4] [5]
