Abigail Tewkesbury (1785- )

Moses Morse Tewksbury (1792- )

Isaac would serve in the Revolutionary War.

He passed away in 1813 at 65 years of age.

In about 1803, Isaac moved to Brooklyn, PA (Susquehanna Co.) with his sons Jacob and Sergent. He and his wife, Judith are buried in the Methodist Cemetery. [1] The family moved to PA from VT (possibly Windsor Co, Blackman isn't clear). Orlando Bagley moved at the same time. [per Blackman]

Isaac and his son Jacob set up a saw mill shortly after moving to PA.

DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Isaac by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Isaac:

Tewksbury-145 (aka Jacob Tewksbury of Amesbury, MA) may be his father, based on some other trees I've see around the net. Clearly, this will need more data to confirm or deny, but it is a possible lead.
