- Margery was born about 1562. Margery Thayer ... She passed away sometime after the birth of her daughter in 1618.[1]
Research Notes
- Previously connected as a daughter of John Thayer and Mary Unknwon of Thornbury, Gloucestershire, England. However, John Thayer did not have a daughter Margery, there is no record of a Margery Thayer in the the Thornbury parish records, and all locations for this Margery on the internet are remote from Thornbury. This identification is almost certainly fantasy. Disconnecting her parents as there is no evidence it is correct.

You are correct Jillaine. There is no evidence she is a daughter of John Thayer. Disconnecting until evidence is found.

Something is off about this profile. She didn't likely live to be 114. There is no Margery in the Thornbury vital recorsd-- either being born to John or marrying a Knight. The death of 18 Jul 1676 is associated with her DAUGHTER.
