Biography
Elizabeth Thrift was born in 1702 and christened on 14 August 1702 in South Leith, Midlothian, Scotland, the daughter of Nubian Thrift and Agnes Smith. Her siblings were: Margaret, Ninian and Anna.
Elizabeth married William Sharp on 26 June 1718 in St. Cuthberts, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland. They had three children:
- Janet Sharp - b. 1720
- Elizabeth - 1721-1762
- William - b. 1723
Elizabeth died in Scotland after 1723.
