Biography
Caleb Hardin 'Hardy' Throop was born 8 Feb 1822 in Nashville, Tennessee. On 30 Sep 1841 he married[1] Elizabeth Keeling in Joplin, Missouri.
Hardy died in Joplin Missouri on 26 Jan 1889 at the age of 66 and is buried there along with his wife in Forest Park Cemetery.[2] Also buried in Forest Park: their son James A Throop, his two wives, and a number of their grandchildren.
