Biography
She was born Aug. 2 5, 1922, in Deer River, the daughter of George and Catherine Tibbetts. After graduating from Deer River High School in 1940, she relocated to San Diego, California, where she worked as a riveter in a defense plant. After the war, she met and married her husband, Robert Denton, and relocated to Baltimore, Md., where she made her home. She is survived by her daughter, Deborah Busick; granddaughters, Brandy Busick, Crystal Denton, and Nikki Denton; sisters Darlene Tibbetts Plumer of Cleveland, Ohio, and Joanne Tibbetts Goeller of San Diego, California. Preceding her in death were her husband, Robert in 1996, son Mickey in 1988, sister Lenora, brother Robert, and her parents.
