Samuel was born on 25 May 1794 in Cambridge, Lamoille, Vermont. He was the son of Christopher Tiffany and Rebeckah (Ellis) Tiffany.
He died on 21 Aug 1816.

Cyril Call and Chester Loveland attesting to the fact the defendants had moved out of Hancock County, Illinois.
