Biography

1852 Birth
Charlotte Jane Timmins was born on the 14th of November 1852. She was the daughter of Henry Timmins and Elizabeth (Betsy) Howell. [1]

1883 Marriage
On the 24th of December 1883, Charlotte Timmins married Edward Clifton at Richmond NSW Australia. They were married in the Mance, according to the rites of the Presbyterian Church at Richmond NSW, Australia. Edward Clifton's occupation is recorded as Waggon Builder and his usual place of residence was Granville, NSW. Charlotte was aged 31 years and Edward was 33 years old. They were married in the presence of John Shields and Mary Ann Shields. The officiating minister was James Cameron.[2]

Charlotte passed away on the 24th of November 1924 at Excelsior Street, Granville, NSW, Australia at the age of 71 years The informant recorded on the death certificate was her son A Clifton also of Excelsior Street Granville, NSW, Australia.[10]

1924 Burial
She was buried on the 13th of November 1924 at the Western Road Cemetery, Parramatta, NSW, Australia. (Now known as 'Mays Hill Cemetery). She was buried in the same plot as her late husband by A MacLennan, Presbyterian Minister. [11]
