Biography

Arma was born in 1921 in Birmingham, Alabama to James Dell Tomlin and Clara Belle Chilcoat[1].

She married William Eugene Shoemaker 23 Aug 1941 in Lowndes, Mississippi and had one child[2]. They divorced in 1976 in California[3].

Arma passed away in 2011 in Burney, California[4][5].
