Mr. Arthur Topper died suddenly at Coopers Nursing Home Mt. Albert on Sunday, Oct 14, 1964 in his 80th year. His wife, the former Elizabeth Anne Brown, predeceased him, He is survived by a son Willliam of R.R.2, Stouffville and a daughter Margaret (Mrs William Garlick) of Cooksville, also a sister Mary (Mrs Joseph H. Pratt). After resting at the O'Neill Funeral Home, Stouffville, services were held in the chapel on Tuesday at 2:20 p.m. with interment in the Stouffville Cemetery,
