Biography

Louisa was born in 1831. She was the daughter of Benjamin Tradewell and Betsy Bird. ^[1]

Louisa married first by about 1849 to Starr H. Bailey and they settled in Columbia, South Carolina, where their children were born: ^{[2] [3]}
