John was born in 1910 in St. Marys, Ontario, Canada. He was the youngest son of Hugh Treanor and Elizabeth Kennedy. [1]
His birth date comes from the engraving on the gravestone. Given the sequence of events, that John died before his mother did, his birth date on the gravestone is probably correct. His birth record was registered by his sister, Marie Treanor, a month after he was born and there is a one day discrepancy in the day of his birth from that record.
John Kennedy Treanor passed away in 1939 in Flint, Michigan, United States. His death certificate stated that he was single -- his birth place is incorrect. (There were other Treanors in Saginaw, Michigan, but John was born in Canada.) [2]
John is buried with his parents in Saint Marys Cemetery, St. Marys, Ontario, Canada. [3]
