Charlotte Tucker is a part of US Black heritage.

Charlotte was born about 1857 in Massachusetts.

She was the daughter of Rhoda and Civil War veteran Henry J. Tucker of the 54th Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry, the first regiment in the United States made up entirely of enlisted men of color.
