Biography

Jacob Tunis was born on Sep. 8, 1874 to John Tunis and Mary Silenda Scrivens.

He married Mary Lucy Miller on Dec. 9, 1908 in David City, Butler, Nebraska. They became the parents of three children; Alma, Dollie and Edna Mae.

Jacob died from a kidney tumor on Jul. 5, 1931 in Brush, Colorado. He is buried at the Akron Cemetery in Akron, Colorado.[1]
