Biography
Martin was born about 1828. He was the son of Martin Tuohy.
Martin's first marriage was to Margaret Shea in 1862 in Victoria. [1]
Margaret died in 1868, and Martin remarried in 1879 to Honorah Moloney. [2]
Martin and Norah had a daughter, Eliza, later called Elizabeth Veronica, born in Ballarat in 1881. [3]
He died on 30 April 1901 aged 73, at Coburg, Victoria. [4][5] Mentioned in the obituary, was tha attendance at his funeral of his nephew, Rev Father Murphy of Geelong. [6]
