23 March 1854 Stirling Observer Stirling, Stirlingshire, Scotland At Forth Street, Kincardine, on the 14th instant, the Rev John Smeaton, Mr John Turcan, Sunnyside, Camelon, to Catherine Miller eldest daughter of the late Mr James Gray, shipowner.

Notice In the supplementary process of multipoinding at the instance of John Maxwell, Esquire, late of the island of Jamaica, now residing Dundee, and others, the surviving and accepting trustees, named by the deceased Mrs Jean Maxwell or Knight, of Halkerton, widow of George Cockburn Knight, Esq. of Jordanston, Against Mrs Eliza Turcan or Roy, wife of Charles Roy, merchant in Kincardine, and the said Charles Roy, her husband, for his interest; William Turcan, seaman on board of Her Majesties ship "Arethusa", at present furth of Scotland; John Turcan, clerk, residing at Sunnyside, Camelon, near Falkirk; Mrs Eliza Robertson or McIntyre, formerly residing in Dundee, then widow of Daniel McIntyre, steward on board the steam ship Hero of Dundee, and Mrs Ann Robertson or Campbell, also formerly residing in Dundee, widow of David Campbell, sailor, of Dundee : Lord Curriehill, ordinary, on 17 February current, pronounce the following Interlocutor :- "appoint the independence of the Action" to be intimidated in the minute Book, the north British and the Dundee advertiser newspapers, that "the parties interested may forthwith appear therein." Of all which intimation is hereby accordingly made.
