Frederick William Twiner served in World War 2 with the Australian Volunteer Defence Corps and attained the rank of Private. His service Number was Q213615. He enlisted on 19 February 1943 at Rockhampton, Queensland. His next of kin was Twiner, Dorothy. When he enlisted he was living at NORTH ROCKHAMPTON, QLD. He was released from service on 21 October 1945. When he was discharged his posting was 13 Battalion Volunteer Defence Corps (Qld) [1]
He died on 22 Nov 1997 in Rockhampton, Queensland and was buried in the North Rockhampton Cemetery, Rockhampton, Queensland. [2]
