Norman Uniacke Esq of Mount Uniacke, Co Cork, Ireland was born 1796 prob Ireland, son of James Fitzgerald Uniacke Esq of Mount Uniacke and Mary Higgins^[1]

He married Eleanor Lax, daughter of William Lax. Esq. of Wells, co Somerset in 1818^[1]

"On 19 Aug 1861 the will of Norman Uniacke of late Mount Uniacke in the County of Cork, Gentleman deceased, who died 19 April 1961 at the same place was proved at Cork by the oath of Robert Uniacke of Castletown in the County of Cork Gentleman one of the executors."^[3]
