The decease leaves two children Edward and Miss Lone Oliver. The affected family has the sympathy of the community.

"Unfortunately, I could not find any mention of the service for Marinda. In the church archives. The records noted that Rev Bissel resigned the call at the end of July 1887. Hers would have been among the last funerals of his tenure. I also checked with the current grounds keeper at Pleasant Grove cemetery and he could find no record of Marinda's interment there. I wish I could have provided more. Regards, Pastor William Gentry"
