Biography

Very little is known of Abigail. She was probably born about 1700-1705. She married Thomas Tryon and had four sons between 1728 and 1741. Thomas died late 1748 and his probate was early 1749.

Research Notes

He last name at birth could be Robinson. Her son Abel chose Lt. Josiah Robinson in Wallingford as guardian after Thomas's death. No other family connection is known to this person so it is thought he could be an older cousin or young uncle (he was about 10 years older than Abel and 20 younger than Abigail).
