  Françoise, from the Snake Nation, widow of the late Jean Baptiste Briere, died on 16 Feb 1852 and was buried on 17 Feb 1852 at Saint François Xavier de La Prairie du Cheval Blanc, Red River Colony, Rupert's Land, British North America, at the apparent age of 65.

She was baptized on 7 Feb 1830, the day before her marriage. ^[1]
