Elizabeth (Valentine) Richardson was born in Ireland.
Elizabeth was a Friend (Quaker)

Elizabeth Valentine was born 13 August 1814 in Richhill, County Armagh, Ireland, to George Valentine and Mary Creeth.[1] She died 2 December 1803. Her death record notes her religious affiliation as "Friend". Her Find A Grave memorial (with photo) is here.

In One Quaker Girl by Louise Richardson Rorke (18 December 1937, The Canadian Countryman, [1] the author, granddaughter of Elizabeth Valentine Richardson, states that Elizabeth married James Richardson on 2 August 1833, "nine days after her 19th birthday.

Canadian Quaker Yearly Meeting Records: Younge Street four months meeting reports the death of Elizabeth Richardson a member and Elder of Pickering Monthly Meeting who departed this life at her home in Pickering on the second day of twelth month 1903 aged 89 years 3 months and 18 days.

"Joshua Richardson with his wife and family came from Queen's County, Ireland, about the year 1820 and settled on Lot 3, B.F. They were Friends and with their descendants have been continuously members of the Friends' Meeting at Pickering. Their family were: James, Robert, John, William, Joshua, Eliza (Mrs. Fothergill), Caroline (Mrs. George Mc-Gillivray) and Mary (Mrs. Rowe).

James Richardson married Elizabeth Valentine. Their family were: Ann (Mrs. W. H. Rorke), Sarah (Mrs. Thomas Rorke), Joshua (married Sarah Reazin), Kate (Mrs. W. Rorke), Lizzie (Mrs. George Rorke), Emma (Mrs. Lewis), William V. (married Sarah Cornell), Mary Ann, Caroline (Mrs. Alpheus McTaggart), Louisa, Charlotte (Mrs. Joseph Clark) and James T. (married Susan Betts).

Robert's family were: Mary A. (Mrs. Wright), Catherine Maria (Mrs. Collins), Frederick, William Henry, Edwin E., Sarah Eliza, Robert, Anna Sophia, Richard, and Fanny M. (Mrs. Jones)." [2]
