I have removed Marguerite d'Alençon (D'_Alencon-2) as daughter of Marguerite. This Marguerite d'Alençon (who died 1551) is likely the daughter of another Charles d'Alençon, illegitimate son of René d'Alençon and half-brother of Marguerite's first husband. Marguerite de Navarre is very famous. Her surviving child would be documented, and there is no trace of a daughter Marguerite (checked Père Anselme, Medlands, Wikipedia).
