Josephus was born in 1766. He was the son of Josephus Vaughan and Rebecca Towner. He passed away in 1797.
In 1804 "he established the 1st ferry across Richelieu River."[1]
"Must be buried in 3rd Conc. Cemetery, Noyan."[2]
