Biography

Jane was born on the 28th December 1838 at 86 Regent Street, London, the daughter of William Randell Vincent and Mary Jane (Vine) Vincent, and she was christened on the 3rd February 1839.^[1]

1851 Census on the 30th March 1851 Mary shown as Jane was living in Belgrave Road, Westminster with her parents William and Mary and her siblings Elizabeth and Edward.^[2]

1861 Census on the 7th April 1861 Mary an envelope maker, was living at 7 Sidmouth Place, Grays Inn Road, London with her parents William and Mary and her sister Elizabeth.^[3]

In the 1891 census Mary (age 52) was the lodger of Anna Reid at 15 Cross Street, Islington, London, England.

1911 Census on the 2nd April 1911 Mary was living in Dalston, Hackney, Middlesex with her sister-in-law Ann and Ann's widowed daughter Ida. Ida's son Arthur was also living with them.^[5]

Mary died aged 87 on the 21st January 1926 and her death was registered in the 1st quarter 1926 in Edmonton, Middlesex.^[6][7][1]

Mary was admitted to the membership of the Sandemanian Church in London on the 7th July 1857.^[8]

In 1885 Mary was included in the London Sandemanian Membership List and was shown as living at 15 Cross Street, Islington N.
