Elizabeth A. (Vollmer) LaMarche was born on 20 Dec 1882 in Quincy Township, Houghton, Michigan, United States, daughter of Immanuel Friedrich Vollmer (1838 - 1910) and Anna Barbara (Widenhaefer) Vollmer (1843 - 1897).

Elizabeth (20) married George Alphonse LaMarche (21)(1881 - 1966) on 24 Jun 1903 in Calumet, Houghton. Their children were:
