Biography

Elizabeth was born in 1728 and baptized in 1729 in Fairfield, Connecticut at the Greenfield Hill Church.^[1] She was the daughter of Samuel Wakeman (1693-1771) and Elizabeth (Unknown) Wakeman (abt.1695-1759). ^[2]

Elizabeth married John Lyon Jr (1726-1799) on 23 January 1746 in Fairfield, Connecticut.^[3][4][5]

Elizabeth died at age 64 on 28 May 1793, and is buried in the Center Cemetery in Lanesborough, Berkshire County, Massachusetts.^[6]
